RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept your return of unworn items purchased at www.muckbootcompany.de within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Complete the returns form found inside your package.
2. Affix the label found on the returns form to the outside of the packaging*.
3. Enclose the completed returns form with the return package.
4. Send the goods with the courier service of your choice** and retain proof of postage.

* Affixing the returns label to the outside of the packaging is important to ensure your return can be processed smoothly and without delay.

** Please note the following:

The package must not weigh more than 5 kg or be larger than 610 x 460 x 460 mm (size M). A maximum of 3 items can be returned in one shipping box.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. A fee of 5.99 Euros will be charged for returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for another item or size.

Simply return the unwanted item for a refund by following the steps in the "Returns" section above, and place a new order online for the desired product. We have found that this is faster than a direct exchange.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the item(s) having been received, verified and checked. After the refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent. You will receive the refund in your account within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processes). Thank you for your patience while we process your return.

RETURN OF FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@muckbootcompany.de. To help us investigate your issue faster, please provide the order number and item name, add a description, and send us a picture of the fault.

Please do not return your item before contacting us at info@muckbootcompany.de, as we cannot refund shipping costs. Please do not attempt to repair the item, as this will void the warranty.

We fully comply with the EU Distance Selling Act, which states that:

Your order will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Your order will be returned in full.
Your order will be returned in resaleable condition in its original packaging with all tags and packaging.

If you did not purchase the item(s) directly from www.muckbootcompany.de, please contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase, who will be happy to assist you. We have no influence over third-party policies, as they are responsible according to purchase law.

RETURNS BY POST

We are always available to help with any questions. However, please note that we cannot receive visitors at our warehouse, as it is a workplace not accessible to the public. To ensure your return is safe and traceable, we recommend sending it with a courier service of your choice.
